Here’s some more information about the Heidelberg Symposium:

The 34th Heidelberg Symposium is themed “zeit.los” (“time.less”) and is organized by the Heidelberg Club for Business and Culture e.V. (HCWK). We are an independent, non-partisan and interdisciplinary student initiative at Heidelberg University. The HCWK’s mission is to promote interdisciplinary dialogue between students and leading figures from politics, business, science and culture. To this end, we have been organizing a three-day symposium on a socially relevant topic with lectures, panel discussions and workshops on an honorary basis every year since 1989. The Heidelberg Symposium is attended by around 40 important personalities from science, business, politics and society as speakers and around 1,000 visitors.
